These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jingify.com (the "Site") and the custom music services offered through it ("Services"). The Site and Services are operated by Ogabson LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, doing business as "Jingify Studio". By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Jingify Studio provides custom music production services, including personalized songs, jingles, and accompanying photo videos. Each song is created based on the story, names, occasion, and stylistic direction provided by the customer. We use a combination of professional creative direction and modern music production technology to deliver custom songs within the timeframe of the selected package.

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any names, photos, or personal stories included in your order. Payment is processed through our authorized payment processors. Pricing is in U.S. Dollars and is shown clearly on our pricing page. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Delivery timeframes vary by package: Basic (within 24 hours), Standard (within 12 hours), Premium (within 6 hours). The delivery clock begins once payment is confirmed and all necessary order details have been received. If we need additional information to complete your song, we will contact you at the email address provided. Any delay in response from you may extend the delivery time.

Upon full payment and delivery, you receive personal usage rights to your custom song. This includes: - Sharing the song with family, friends, and at private events - Playing the song at non-commercial gatherings - Posting the song on personal social media accounts Commercial use (advertising, monetized content, business promotion, etc.) requires our separate Commercial Usage License. Please contact us at hello@jingify.com for commercial licensing. Ogabson LLC retains the copyright to the underlying composition and production. We retain the right to use anonymized samples of delivered songs for our portfolio only if you have explicitly opted in during the ordering process.

Standard packages include 1 revision round; Premium packages include 2. A revision must be requested within 7 days of delivery and may include changes to lyrics, vocal style, instrumentation, or mood. Major scope changes (e.g., switching from a wedding song to a memorial song) constitute a new order and are not covered by included revisions.

Because each song is custom-produced from the moment we receive your order, we are unable to offer full refunds once production has begun. However: - If we have not yet started production and you cancel within 1 hour of payment, you will receive a full refund. - If we are unable to deliver your song due to issues on our end, you will receive a full refund. - If you are dissatisfied with the delivered song, please request a revision — we will work with you until the song meets your expectations. Refund requests should be sent to hello@jingify.com.

We treat your story and personal details as confidential. Names, stories, and order details are never shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You may not submit orders that include: - Content that infringes on the intellectual property of others (e.g., requests to reproduce or remix copyrighted songs) - Hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content - Sexually explicit content - Content intended to defraud, mislead, or harm others We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion and to refund payment in such cases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogabson LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
